Dr. Anna Lindsey
Dr. Anna Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver in 1990. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 1994. She has extensive experience in small animal medicine with a special interest in dentistry, shelter medicine and spay and neuter surgery. With many years of experience and exposure to the shelter world, Dr. Lindsey has an appreciation for the need to spay and neuter as well as the need for affordable health care for pets. Dr. Lindsey is a member of The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), and the American Veterinary Dental Society (AVDS).
Dr. Lindsey's household is the forever home to four dogs: Jack, Daisy, Tripod and Pepito. And four cats: Merlin, Skye, Simon and Syd. All of Dr. Lindsey's pets were rescued from shelters or from clients that could no longer keep them.
In her spare time, Dr. Lindsey enjoys the company of her husband, Ken and three children, Kaitlin, Kelsey and Sam. She also enjoys gardening, working with stained glass and reading.
Carolyn Knudsen
Carolyn has been in the animal health care profession since 1995. She is skilled in all areas of a veterinary hospital.
Arvada has been home to Carolyn and her family since 1977. She graduated from Arvada Senior High School; where her daughter graduated in 2007 and her son will graduate in 2010. She has been married for 23 years.
Carolyn is an active volunteer with the Bottle Baby Program for Lucky Paws Adoption and Angels With Paws; two local no - kill shelters and adoption agencies. Through these agencies, with her extensive knowledge and loving care, she has helped many baby kittens find new homes.
In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys making stained glass, gardening and four-wheel drive camping trips with her family and friends.
Kaitlin Lindsey
Kaitlin has been a part of Clear Creek Animal Hospital, working as a groomer, since Opening Day. Kaitlin studied with several groomers in the area in order to attain a well rounded education in the art and business of grooming. Kaitlin is comfortable with any breed of dog, and offers a wide variety of services including medicated baths and cat grooming.
Kaitlin enjoys volunteering her services to Table Mountain Animal Shelter and Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue primping dogs before adoption.
A Colorado native, Kaitlin enjoys visits to the dog park with her fiancee and their three dogs Bill, Daisy, and Toki. All of the couple's dogs were rescued from local animal shelters.
On her days off, Kaitlin enjoys trips to the movies and baking sweets.
