Appointment Policy  

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.  

 

 For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you leave your pet with us to complete the medical care needed and pick them up at a later scheduled time.  You will be requested to leave a phone number where you may be reached in case the doctor has any questions.     
 

 

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that vaccinations be up to date for all patients admitted to the hospital. Exceptions will be made on a case to case basis. 

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled in the waiting area and exam room.  All cats must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

 

Payment Policy

   We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks.  We are also happy to offer our clients Care Credit, a payment plan that makes paying for your bill easier, and less costly at the time of payment.  For more information on Care Credit visit their website: www.carecredit.com.
